CakeSafe Washable Foam Pads

The CakeSafe Washable Foam Pad works with the CakeSafe to reduce vibration caused by travel on dirt or gravel roads, potholes and cobblestone on city streets, and areas of road work, etc....

The Foam Pad will also be very useful in transporting your cakes that you DO NOT want to put a center rod through. Any of your sculpted cakes for all occasions like birthdays, grooms cakes, anniversaries, themed parties, etc... can be secured in the CakeSafe using the foam pad as a base and wooden skewers to hold the cake in place.

Why use the CakeSafe if there's no rod?

• It keeps the cake protected from weather
• It keeps your cake cool during delivery
• It protects your cake from from dirt, dust and pollen

Put your cake on the Foam Pad in the CakeSafe, then press skewers down into the 1" Foam Pad around the perimeter of your cake board to keep the cake from sliding or shifting. As long as your cake isn't very tall, there will be no risk of it tipping over, and it cannot slide or shift because of the skewers! This is not as secure as when you use the center rod, but for cakes that just cannot have a rod, this is a good alternative.
