Shipping varies and depends on the size of the product and distance it has to travel to get from us to you. We currently offer: USPS Priority, USPS Express Priority, UPS Ground, and UPS Second Day Air. We ship out in 1-2 business days from when the order is placed.
All order ship within 24-48 hours of being play Sunday through Thursday. Our facility is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so we do not ship on those days. You will have the option of selecting whichever shipping service best suits your needs at checkout. All transit times and delivery dates on our website are an estimate, meaning that the length of time shown is not guaranteed. The estimated transit time will appear next to the shipping cost on our website for each carrier. Yes, we can! You must select USPS as your carrier in order to have your package delivered to a PO Box. UPS will not deliver directly to a PO Box and they may call you for a different address, deliver to a concrete street address that they have on file, or hold your shipment for pick up. If you select UPS and put a PO Box as your delivery address, we will switch carriers to USPS. Additional cost may be required if we need to switch your carrier.
Free standard shipping typically uses UPS ground as the shipping service. If your order qualifies for free shipping, we recommend entering a physical address instead of a PO Box as UPS will not deliver to the PO Box. This will prevent any delivery issues or held mail.
We totally get that you may need to CakeSafe ASAP for your next delivery, so we offer expedited shipping – select UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail Express when placing your order. Free standard shipping is not a suitable option for those who are in need of their package sooner rather than later. It would also be best if you send us an email alerting us to your situation so that we can do our best to accommodate you. Once your package has left our facility, CakeSafe is no longer in control of it. It becomes the property and responsibility of the shipping carrier. We can only see the same tracking information as the customer. If a package is delayed, do not contact CakeSafe first you must contact the shipping carrier for more information.
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order, and another email from us with the tracking information once your order has shipped.
I wasn't home to sign for my package. What do I do?
CakeSafe offers signature confirmation for all packages. It is an optional service that you can select when you’re checking out. Someone must be home to sign for the package or the delivery driver will not be able to leave it. If you miss a delivery, the driver will leave a notice with further instructions on how to reschedule the delivery. You can also call the carrier directly and give them the tracking number. They will be able to assist with scheduling a redelivery. Once the package is shipped with the signature confirmation option enabled, there is no way to remove it. Please be aware of this when selecting yes for signature confirmation. If you miss your first delivery and do not reschedule or pick up your package at the shipping carrier facility, the package will be returned to CakeSafe. CakeSafe is not responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred for shipping your items a second time. Should your package be returned to us, we are happy to reship it once the shipping fee has been collected. If you opt out of reshipping the package, we will refund you for the product cost when the package is returned to our facility. Any original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We currently offer a few different shipping options through the United States Postal Service and DHL, and you can choose the one that best fits your needs.
Please note USPS and DHL estimate these delivery times. CakeSafe cannot guarantee an international delivery date. Please also know that your order may be delayed while it goes through customs inspections. CakeSafe has no control over the customs process and cannot speed up inspection time.
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges will be. If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs or taxes. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars and all orders are processed in USD. Your credit card issuer determines the exact exchange rate, and it should match closely with the current exchange rate. Please note that CakeSafe cannot guarantee the current exchange rate or what your credit card issuer will charge you.
Please ensure that all of your billing and shipping information is correct, as we cannot change your order once it has shipped. Please double-check your order to ensure that you have selected the correct product you wanted. We make every effort to ensure that you will get exactly what you ordered, and cannot be held liable for errors in ordering.
Returns for a full refund of the product cost are accepted within 60 days of purchase if product is returned in the original packaging and in new and undamaged condition. If the product has had its protective plastic backings peeled off or it has been used, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for international return shipping and any customs fees CakeSafe, LLC is charged. Please note that we cannot refund any original customs duties or fees paid, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, you are also responsible for the cost of shipping the new item and any customs fees your country may charge. If a package is returned to us by the carrier, for any reason (no one home to receive package, no payment of customs fees or duties, etc.) it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any additional fees associated with reshipping an order. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Unfortunately, due to certain trademark, labeling, product content, and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products available on our website to all countries. The purchase of any restricted items will be refunded.
CakeSafe accepts AfterPay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. You can also check out using your PayPal account or with PayPal Credit (more on that below!). Please note that all payment is processed using PayPal, but you do NOT need to create a PayPal account. Simply select “Pay with a debit or credit card” when you check out.
PayPal Credit is a super easy way to get your CakeSafe ASAP and then spread payments out over 6 months! They also offer No Payments + No Interest if paid in full in 6 months on orders over $99.
