The information that CakeSafe, LLC collects includes your name, shipping & billing address, telephone number, and email address. This information is used solely to process and fulfill your orders from www.CakeSafe.com. Your credit card number and PayPal account information is not stored within our system. Your information will never be sold to any third party. By placing an order on www.CakeSafe.com you are giving consent for the above mentioned information to be collected. Your email address will be added to our email list. We send periodic emails regarding new products and sales. You may unsubscribe from our email list by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of a marketing email sent from [email protected].

Regarding SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION: As November 21st, 2017, all shipments from CakeSafe will have an optional "Signature Confirmation" fee added if "Yes" is selected in the question about Signature Confirmation on the Shopping Bag page. If you prefer not to have to sign for your package when it arrives, please select "No". If you select "No" CakeSafe is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Shipping:

The shipping times in transit listed when selecting a shipping method during the checkout process are estimates. These days in transit do not include the processing time for your order. Most orders placed on CakeSafe.com between Sunday and Thursday are shipped within 48 hours. If you need your order by a specific date and are unsure if your order will arrive to in you in time please call/text 401-378-8766 or email [email protected]. We are happy to give you advice on the best shipping method to select.

Release from Liability and Disclaimer

When CakeSafe, LLC products are used as intended no injury should occur. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions I am releasing CakeSafe, LLC from all liability in the case of injury associated with any product(s) sold by CakeSafe, LLC.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue CakeSafe, LLC.

CakeSafe is not liable for customs, duties, or import fees that are charged by any country. If you are an international customer please research the customs fees your country charges.

Manufacturing Disclaimer:

We take great pride in the fact that we manufacture all "CakeSafe Designed Products" ourselves at our facility using locally sourced materials and labor in Peace Dale RI, USA. We quality check everything, and assemble every product as necessary before shipping to assure that every customer will receive the best possible product and experience that we, CakeSafe, can deliver!

That said, there may be times when you might find superficial scratches or imperfections on some of your products. This could be due to the manufacturing process, or the handling of the raw materials during the production of our various products. In the interest of keeping our prices as low as possible, and as not to contribute to landfills, we will let some imperfections "pass". As long as the performance of our products is not affected, and the imperfections are not glaring, we try to utilize all materials that meet that standard.

International Orders:

CakeSafe, LLC is not liable for customs fees that your countries may charge. Please look into what the customs fees are in your country so you do not have any surprises. We are not affiliated with any shipping carrier or customs agency. The customs offices for different countries will keep your package for as long as they see fit. The displayed days in transit on the Shipping Details page do not include the time in customs. Please choose the DHL shipping option if you do not want your package to go to a customs office. DHL handles customs while the package is in transit. CakeSafe, LLC is not able to contact customs agencies. We highly recommend shipping DHL for this reason.
