We stand behind the high quality and revolutionary design of our products. We rarely receive returns, but if needed we make the process as easy as possible!
RETURNS:
Returns for a full refund of the product cost are accepted within 30 days of purchase if product is returned in the original packaging and in new and undamaged condition. The protective plastic must not be removed in order to receive a full refund. Products that have been used or have had the protective plastic removed are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is free within the USA. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange.
EXCHANGES:
A 15% restocking fee applies to items that have been used or have had the protective plastic removed. Free return shipping applies within the USA. The new item(s) being shipped out will have shipping cost applied if the product cost is below our free shipping threshold (currently $69).To exchange an item for a different product please email [email protected].
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES (Outside of the USA):
Returns for a full refund of the product cost are accepted within 60 days of purchase if product is returned in the original packaging and in new and undamaged condition. If the product has had its protective plastic backings peeled off or it has been used, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for international return shipping and any customs fees CakeSafe, LLC is charged. Please note that we cannot refund any original customs duties or fees paid, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, you are also responsible for the cost of shipping the new item and any customs fees your country may charge.
