The Expansion Fan Box is available if you want to expand your existing Spray Booth to make it wider or taller. A wide top is available to make a wide Spray Booth, or tall sides, if you want to make a tall Booth. The system can also be expanded to be a Quad Booth using four fan boxes and tall sides and a wide top.
- The key to the system is the use of three filters: washable pre-filter, main MERV 8 filter, and a final MERV 13 filter, which guarantees a clean exhaust and requires no ventilation to the outdoors.
- Fan box is made entirely of food grade high density plastic and is welded together to form a high quality sealed one-piece unit.
- The fan itself is cast aluminum (not plastic) and is rated to run for approximately 8 years continuously. It only uses 35 watts of energy.
- All of our spray booths are part of the "modular" series and each booth can be reconfigured to fit your needs.
