DISPOSABLE FILTERS: Our disposable oil absorbing pre filters must be used whenever you are spraying cocoa butter, egg wash, or oils. It is held in place by the vacuum created by the fan and can be removed and replaced in seconds without slowing down production. • The key to this system is the use of 4 filters, each with an increasing capacity to capture the finest particles: A disposable oil absorbing pre filter, washable poly filter, main #8 filter, and a final #13 filter, which guarantees a clean exhaust and requires no ventilation to the outdoors.

• Fan box is made entirely of food-grade high-density plastic and is welded together to form a high quality, sealed 1-piece unit.

• The fan itself is an 8” cast aluminum unit and is UL rated and rated IP56 for Harsh Environments. It moves 650 cfm and uses 105 watts of energy. The life expectancy is 50,000 hours which is 5.7 years of continuous use.
