Star Cake Template

With our Star Templates, we're changing the game when it comes to fun new cake shapes! It used to be a hassle to cut shapes from a sheet cake or cookie dough. We created our reusable clear acrylic Star Cake Templates making it easier and faster for bakers to make these fun cakes. Templates are sold as single items. If you'd like two of one size, be sure to add a quantity of 2 to your basket.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you are frosting your star cake, you should purchase 3 Templates:

• A single template to use as a cutting guide that is 1 inch smaller than the icing templates
  
• Plus 2 icing templates to use as guides to frost your cake smoothly

Example: If you want a 9 inch finished cake, purchase one 8 inch Star Template for cutting and two 9 inch Star Templates for icing. CLICK HERE for an icing tutorial. Due to the unique geometry of this shape our testers found a one inch difference to be ideal for adequate icing thickness.

• The Star Templates are measured from point to opposite point as illustrated in the images in the photo gallery. *Select the size from the drop down menu.
• Each Star Template is made of durable 1/4 inch clear Acrylic. If you choose to frost your star cake you will enjoy Acrylic Disk features that we added to these templates. The perimeter line and center hole for optional dowel make it easy!
• Our Star Templates are fully reusable and should last a long time if cared for properly. Hand wash and store flat. Enjoy!!

REMOVE PROTECTIVE PLASTIC: When you receive your product, there will be a layer of protective plastic on one side. It may be dark blue, light blue, clear, or tan. No matter what, once you peel off this protective plastic, your Templates will be CRYSTAL CLEAR and SCRATCH FREE! Please rinse your new template before using.
